The Sianes

The Sianes folk/roots partnership began as a duo forged in Toronto's roots scene.

Before coming together as The Sianes, both Sean and Diane left their own marks on the Toronto music landscape. Sean, a folk singer-songwriter, spent years performing throughout Ontario, charming audiences with his hard-hitting originals and thoughtful lyrics. Diane, for her part, built a name as a distinctive R&B, jazz, and blues vocalist. Her performances were once a staple in the city's live music heyday before she took a break and later reemerged as a singer/songwriter, bringing a new depth and sincerity to her sound.

The two have been hitting the Toronto music scene by storm, entertaining audiences with their lively banter and beautiful renditions of well-crafted originals and beloved covers to packed houses across the city.

The Sianes' debut album, All The Glow, hit the scene in November 2024, and the duo is scheduled to release a second album, Beautiful Dream, very soon to much anticipation. The Sianes hope to bring great music to appreciative audiences in the Toronto area for many years to come.
